Lam Zhou Handmade Noodle — best known for its pork and chive dumplings — has found a new home at 40 Bowery, south of Canal Street, according to a sign spotted by Bowery Boogie. A bright poster board on the storefront declares that the restaurant will open in October, noting that it’s a move from the location at 144 East Broadway.
