Pastai aspires to share a piece of our family tradition with you. We hope to inspire your curiosity about the food we serve, and the Southern Italian countryside where it was born. When dining at Pastai, you become part of our personal family narrative and become witness the journey the pasta has taken to arrive on your plate.
Pastai means "the pasta makers," and/or "the pasta sellers." We specialize in hand-made fresh pasta, prepared from scratch in an open kitchen and made from an array of locally- grown and stone-milled whole grains. Our menu is comprised of seasonal ingredients, which we source from local farmers and purveyors. Fine wines and curated spirits will be paired with our warm Southern Italian dishes. We will also offer our signature, fresh gluten-free pasta, which is prepared in a separate wheat-free prep kitchen. Fresh pasta as well as our house-made sauces will be available for purchase, so you can enjoy our family recipes in the comfort of your own home.
We are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining with brunch service on Saturday and Sunday.
