It's a Sandwich shop, a cocktail & beer bar, and a true ride up with your bike kind of joint. Inspired by classic sandwich shops with the DNA of The Cannibal Beer & Butcher accented by market driven salads and seasonal vegetables. The Cannibal sandwiches are named after famous cyclists of yesteryear & current. Eddy Merckx, Marco Pantani, Greg Lemond, and even younger riders like Allison Tetrick have places on our menu.

The Sandwich shop, located in Gotham West market, also provides a full cocktail & beer bar. With over 200 selections of beer & copious amounts of spirits and cocktails. Take out & delivery are available 7 days a week.

Free bike valet is available at NYC Velo. Riders Welcome.
