Chef Torres' signature salmon with sautéed spinach, cilantro rice and chipotle sauce is a crowd favorite, while his take on classic roast chicken—with chipotle pomegranate sauce and roasted potatoes—is an instant classic.

Brunch features the perfect mix of Mexican favorites and American classics, such as huevos rancheros and huevos Benedictos. Lunch standouts include tortas (Mexican sandwiches) like the Pombazo, a guajillo-dipped brioche stuffed with grilled chorizo, peppers and queso Oaxaca, and the El Camión Burger, which you can spice up to your liking with our selection of salsas and condiments. And whether you come for lunch, brunch, dinner or an antojito at the bar, you can enjoy our homemade corn tortillas, hand-fashioned on our own custom-made tortilla press.
