Description
FIASCHETTERIA "Pistoia” was born in Tuscany in 1890 from the love of a passionate Italian family for food and most importantly wine.
A "fiasco” is a round glass container, dressed with straw, with a long neck. "Fiaschi” are made using an ancient glassblowing method that creates thin spherical light green hues or transparent glass. "Fiaschi” were and are still used to contain wine in Italy.
FIASCHETTERIA "Pistoia” is a place to taste authentic imported Italian wines while eating typical Tuscan Cuisine, in an atmosphere that recalls those values that belong to generations of Italian table lovers.
Our wine menu is a milk bottle rack loaded with flavorful imported wines, our ingredients are imported from Italy and our recipes come from a long-time family tradition headed by "nonna”. If you're looking to find a piece of authentic Tuscany in New York City, you should be heading to FIASCHETTERIA "Pistoia”.
