At Bean & Bean, we roast our coffee beans daily, in order to provide the finest taste and quality. This method allows our coffee to have the perfect combination of body, sweetness, acidity, aroma, and flavor. It is known that fifty percent of the taste and aroma of coffee beans, since they have been roasted, is lost after two weeks. So, it is ideal that coffee beans are served within three days of having been roasted. Moreover, we use organic beans and milk for each cup of coffee, for your health and the environment. Overall, we promise a top-quality, fresh, and delicious cup of coffee to complement your day!
What's Organic?
Organic farming avoids the use of toxic chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Rather, it places a huge importance on the maintenance of soil fertility and the development of biological diversity. Therefore, organic food products do not contain artificial ingredients and preservatives and are made to maintain the integrity of the food.
Our Coffee
Bean & Bean is devoted to serving the best quality beans: We use 100% Arabica beans and most of our beans are Fair Trade and USDA Certified Organic.
Our coffee beans are roasted both in-store at Bean & Bean and a nearby plant.
House Blend: full body, heavily aromatic, balanced. A blend of three types of beans from Central & South America.
Peruvian La Florida: full body, light acidity, pleasant and smooth
Honduran Octeoeque SHG: medium to light body, good acidity, good aroma
