Lunella Ristorante opened in 2001, operated by an Italian immigrant family that has owned and operated various restaurants on Mulberry Street for generations.
The exterior is characterized by a flag and lighted sign portraying a crescent moon. The thick mohagany storefront slides open on warmer days to bring an airy atmoshpere to the quaint interior.
