We have a 5500 sq ft facility with enough equipment to comfortably hold classes of 15+ people. Along with Standard CrossFit classes we also offer both Olympic and Powerlifting options. We supply you with a top notch training staff, while giving you all of the tools and guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals. You WILL see results, you WILL have fun, and you WILL become a part of the amazing community we have cultivated here at CrossFit Bastion!
