Pros: Overall, still a positive experience!

Pros: I loved the local nightlife, especially Owl Music Parlor. Live music just around the corner? Yes, please!
Cons: You're not gonna want to leave this place.

I stayed at Cornelia House for a couple of months while transitioning between jobs. The building is in Queens, which gave me a chance to explore a new part of NYC. The apartment was clean, and the room had everything I needed. The vibe here is much more laid-back than in Manhattan, and I found some hidden gem restaurants around the area. Only downside? I wish the kitchen had more storage space - sharing with multiple roommates can get tricky when it comes to groceries.

Pros: Overall, still a positive experience!

Cons: Only downside? I wish the kitchen had more storage space - sharing with multiple roommates can get tricky when it comes to groceries.

After college, I moved into a shared room at Gates House with Outpost Club. It cost $700/month, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out great. My roommate was from Denmark, and we had similar habits, which made sharing easy. The apartment was spacious with clean common areas. It felt a lot better than a college dorm, and knowing Outpost had customer support gave me peace of mind.
