Event Details
We are thrilled to announce our first in-person event this year! Join Latinxs in Sustainability on April 12 at 6pm EDT for a Spring Meet Up!
You're invited to this after work happy hour at Mustang Harrys where we will meet for drinks and connect with other professionals in or interested in the sustainability industry!
We are hoping to foster some mentee/mentor connections with this meet up. If you are interested in mentoring or being mentored, please come! We will have name tags and stickers so folks can quickly identify each other and mingle!
Additionally, as LiS continue to work to launch the CCNY Sustainability Program, we are hoping that some of our guest lecturers will come and meet us and each other in person!
About LIS
Latinxs in Sustainability is made up of a group of professionals determined to address and reduce the barriers that have led the environmental and climate field to be among the least ethnically and racially diverse across all disciplines. Our goal is to establish and facilitate pathways for underrepresented and under-resourced Latinx communities in an effort to diversify the sustainability workforce.
