Continuing Legal Education Spring 2023 CLE Weekend
For recent graduates and newly admitted attorneys, this CLE Weekend qualifies for 3 Ethics, 6 Skills, and 7 Practice transitional Bridge the Gap credits. It also includes 1 credit in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection (effective Jan 1, 2023)
For seasoned attorneys, this CLE Weekend qualifies for 3 Ethics, 4 Skills, and 6 Practice credits and 1 credit in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias and , 1 credit in the new category Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection (effective Jan 1, 2023), an optional additional (1) Cyber credit.
Two tracks will be offered. Choose between:
Track One—Real Estate Front Contract through Closing, Unearthing the landmines buried in a New York Residential Real Estate Contract.
Track Two—Negligence From A-Z
