Spice Upper West Side

Spice was first established in 1997 in the upper eastside with the concept to Americanize Thai food in a place with a modern d袯r. As our popularity grew due to our wonderful and loyal patrons we expanded to locations in Chelsea and University Place (currently relocated to Union Sq.). Both locations are not only cutting edge but also in busy areas with lots of nearby activities.

In an effort to grow into neighborhoods where we feel the locals will appreciate our brand of food and service we opened a new location on second avenue and Sixth Street. The design is a combination of vintage and trendy, reminiscent of the old diners of the area yet with clean lines and tons of wooden furniture that has become our trademark. Our prized marble bar and communal seating are new features in the spice method of operation but we feel the changes give our new space a unique feel.

We at spice strive to be the premier Thai restaurant in the East Village. We continue to infuse classical Thai cuisine with a hint of the modern to appeal to both the traditionalist and fist time Thai diner.
