Its proximity to my school (Pratt Institute) made this the perfect location for me. Right next to the L train as well! Bushwick is pretty much the new Williamsburg, which means it’s getting pricey, but $1400 is more than a fair price for the neighborhood and quality of a fully furnished apartment.
